Location
Only 30 minutes drive from the international airport, Apsara Villa is located in Jalan Raya Seminyak, Gang Plawa, Seminyak. Easy walking distance to Seminyak Main Street where many boutiques, restaurants and the famous Bintang supermarket are to be found.

Dining and Living Area
As you enter the property you face a circular stonewall structure and a pond that snakes it way past the lounge and dining areas. The stonewall is the structure that holds the stunning circular Alang Alang roof. Crossing a wooden bridge you enter into the dining area. A wooden teak table and seating for six graces this area and beside the pond, with its lush tropical garden are two comfortable chairs and a large wooden table designed as a chess set to while away the hours, challenging your opponent.

A wooden deck leads off from the dining area and two sun lounges and coffee table are placed there facing the kidney shaped pool and beautiful bale on the opposite side.

A wall unit that runs the length of the sofa cleverly segregates the living and dining areas. This cabinet acts as a sideboard and storage area with different art pieces being displayed.

Behind the wall is a semi circular concrete structure that acts as a sofa. Cream coloured seat and backrest cushions are accentuated with orange and terracotta scatter cushions. On the wall behind the sofa, is a painting of a Thai dancer. In the front of the sofa is a round mahogany coffee table which rests on a floor rug covering a white tiled floor. Wooden slated windows provide fresh air and an air conditioner is also available. Guests can use at their leisure the TV, DVD or stereo system that are to be found in the living area.

Kitchen
A carved wooden architrave graces the doorway that leads into the kitchen. Both a wet and dry kitchen is available for guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, gas hotplates and fridge.

Bedrooms
There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms in the villa and each has its own en-suite. Each bedroom is located at a different end of the complex so privacy is maintained if you come with other couples or older children.

As you traverse the pathway from the main entry you pass a display of two large surfboards. This leads to the first bedroom with its wooden shutters and french doors. Outside the room is a 2 seater, single chair and coffee table to enjoy the view of the pool and relax overlooking the garden or while reading a book.

A four-poster king sized bed with white sheers attached to each poster and a brown silk bedspread with gold trimmings along the bottom and an elephant at the centre of the bedspread, adds ambience to the room. A TV, DVD, writing desk as well as a water cooler for cold or hot water and tea and coffee making facilities are all available in all the bedrooms. A low-lying divan rests on the wooden parapet floor with cushions to lounge on. Beautiful stone sculptures grace the walls of the bedroom and bathroom.

The outdoor shower attached to this room has a wonderful display of seashells set into recessed wall frames. A terrazzo bathtub allows you to unwind after a busy day shopping.

Bedroom two is located behind the spa treatment room and is a surprise awaiting you. With its own rectangular pool and bale it presents as another property, while still being attached to Apsara Villa. The turquoise blue of the water is reflected in the cushioned seating within the bale opposite the pool. Additionally two wooden sun lounges with the same colour cushion seating are located on the other side of the pool near the bedroom.

The outdoor area before you reach the bedroom is undercover and has an outdoor sink with cupboards below. A small chair, a two seater and round table are by the bedroom door and overlook the pool area. Balinese artworks are seen on walls and on the cabinetry located both inside and out.

The bedroom is the same colour and design as the first bedroom with king sized bed. A doorway leads to the outdoor shower, and undercover terrazzo bath overlooks an indoor wooden divan that is covered in brown fabric with scatter cushions in brown. Double basins and a large mirror are nearby the bath.

Bedroom three differs slightly in that it has a black settee resting against the bottom of the bed. Colours and style follow through from the other bedrooms. The outdoor shower and undercover terrazzo bath gaze out onto a lush garden. Double basins and a wooden open framed cabinet to the left display a number of ornaments and objects adding to the artworks throughout this splendid villa. The tropical garden is directly in front of this villa adding to its privacy and has the sound of running water nearby from the water features and pond.

A large L shaped, red coloured sofa with brightly coloured cushions in hot pink and multi coloured shades with gold thread are viewed on entering the living room. Centrally placed is a small coffee table in easy reach, for guests. This air-conditioned room is well designed and makes clever use of space opposite the sofa. Under the staircase is a TV console and cabinet for viewing your favourite show or DVD. The colour red is carried through in the lampshade beside the console and on the wall behind the lounge, a painting, a glass ornamental Christmas tree on a wooden carved stand, continue to use these hot colours showcasing the tropical feel. Dark wood has been used throughout this room and contrasts beautifully with bright colours and artwork.

A small, white painted wall divides the kitchen, dining and living area. Behind the wall is seating and a dining table to partake delicious Indonesian meals. Bar stools at the kitchen bar overlook the chef style kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with ample cupboards and sufficient crockery and cutlery for guests. Directly in front of the stairs and to the right of the entry is the 7 metre long swimming pool surrounded by a small but lush tropical garden. Decorative stone carvings are located around the edges of the pool and a beautiful, large artwork also done in stone is on the wall behind the four sun lounges, situated on a wooden deck. The red cushion coverings blend into the colours of the strelitzias in the garden beds that surround the pool. For ease of use, a small table with decorative Buddha residing, is located alongside the sun lounges to place that poolside drink or book. On the side closest to the master bedroom is an outdoor shower.

Staircase
Opposite the staircase is a wall that divides the space between the pool and staircase entry. A small wooden console is placed against the wall facing the stairs and above on the wall is another stone carving. This area is an entry statement to the staircase that is lit at night with overhead and wall lights adding ambient lighting to the white floor tiles.

Bedrooms
There are three large sized, air-conditioned bedrooms at Villa Saraswati, each has its own en-suite bathroom.

On the ground floor opposite the pool and beside the staircase leading to the other two rooms is the master bedroom. Outside the room are two chairs and a small coffee table and above on the wall a beautiful stone carving.

The master bedroom is well furnished with a comfortable king sized bed. The bed carries the dark wooden theme through from the living area. The colour red, hot pink and multi coloured gold thread theme is carried through in the cushion, bed runner and lampshades. Two bedside tables, one on either side of the bed has lighting to read by. Opposite the bed is a TV cabinet with TV on top and decorative ornaments grace each side of the unit. A bar fridge is located inside the cabinet for you to enjoy cold drinks. A well-proportioned wardrobe with ample hanging space is located in the room and it has a safety deposit box within. The en-suite bathroom in gold tones is located to the left side of the bed. All necessary utensils and tableware are provided for the use of guests choosing to dine in. A professional chef is available on request for all dining requirements.

The three bedrooms are all very similar in terms of size and a decor. Each is orientated towards the pool and features an earthy decor to soothe the senses. Simple timber furnishings are balanced by traditional paintings to accentuate the creativity of local artisans. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub facility.

Grania Bali Villas. Consists of 4 unit private villas: 2 units of 2 bedrooms luxury villa with 2 levels, the master bedroom is beautifully set at the lower stairs, and the twin bedroom is upstairs. Grania Bali Villas completed with private pool, private kitchen, facilitated with personal butler services. Every guest will be pampered with butler service. Who will be ready for any errands.

The Pool
The private pool in Grania Bali Villas is a square pool, with 110 cm depth, 3 x 7 meters large, a pool floor made of green natural stones.

The Garden
Garden in Grania Bali Villas, is a beautiful tropical garden, well maintained by our garden specialist.

The Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen is available in Grania Bali Villas. The breakfast will be prepared in each kitchen by the butler and the Kitchen staff. Guests can also order a private lunch or dinner at the villa, recommended to order 1 day in advance.

The Bed
Bed is available in Grania Bali Villas consist of king-size bed and twin or single beds. Are available in 2 bedroom villa consists of 1 king size bed is placed in the master bedroom downstairs, while upstairs consists of twin beds or 2 x single beds which can also make double beds if needed.

Extra Bed
We also provide extra bed if needed with the additional cost per night.

The Staff
We dedicate experience maids who will do daily duty to clean the rooms, changing linen, and serving breakfast, Preparing lunch or dinner with the kitchen staff. They will work based on shifts that have been arranged by their supervisor. Ranging from hours 7:00 am until 23:00 pm, while the security starting from 15:00 until 07:00 am. During the night, beginning at 23:00, the villa will be guarded by security guards.
