When arriving at Villa Kipi, you will enter through traditional Balinese gates which lead to large stepping stones across lotus ponds and a water feature. This takes you to the main living and dining area. The Villas
From the centre of Seminyak, a road bordered by splendid palm trees leads out towards the residential district not far from the well known Oberoi Hotel. In this privileged setting one passes a guardhouse and then enters into a wooded driveway leading to the luxury Nyaman villas.

The central feature is an open-air lobby, just like a hotel, from which paths lead to the various villas. On the right of the lobby a wide pathway bordered by palm trees, elegantly lit at night takes the guest to the villas. Walk on stepping stones over the water feature access to the lobby.

In a private compound of 1200 m2, Villa Hermosa is a tropical villa comprising a two storey-main building and a guest house mixing Balinese style and modern comfort. Wood and white color are the dominant of the building, the blue of the pool and the greenery of the tropical garden are matching outside to give to this spacious villa, charm and relaxation for great holidays.
The private compound of the villa is accessed via a wooden gate to the colorful tropical garden with the staff access on the side and parking area.
