Dining and Living Area
As you enter the property you face a circular stonewall structure and a pond that snakes it way past the lounge and dining areas. The stonewall is the structure that holds the stunning circular Alang Alang roof. Crossing a wooden bridge you enter into the dining area. A wooden teak table and seating for six graces this area and beside the pond, with its lush tropical garden are two comfortable chairs and a large wooden table designed as a chess set to while away the hours, challenging your opponent.

A wooden deck leads off from the dining area and two sun lounges and coffee table are placed there facing the kidney shaped pool and beautiful bale on the opposite side.

A wall unit that runs the length of the sofa cleverly segregates the living and dining areas. This cabinet acts as a sideboard and storage area with different art pieces being displayed.

Behind the wall is a semi circular concrete structure that acts as a sofa. Cream coloured seat and backrest cushions are accentuated with orange and terracotta scatter cushions. On the wall behind the sofa, is a painting of a Thai dancer. In the front of the sofa is a round mahogany coffee table which rests on a floor rug covering a white tiled floor. Wooden slated windows provide fresh air and an air conditioner is also available. Guests can use at their leisure the TV, DVD or stereo system that are to be found in the living area.

Kitchen
A carved wooden architrave graces the doorway that leads into the kitchen. Both a wet and dry kitchen is available for guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, gas hotplates and fridge.

Bedrooms
There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms in the villa and each has its own en-suite. Each bedroom is located at a different end of the complex so privacy is maintained if you come with other couples or older children.

As you traverse the pathway from the main entry you pass a display of two large surfboards. This leads to the first bedroom with its wooden shutters and french doors. Outside the room is a 2 seater, single chair and coffee table to enjoy the view of the pool and relax overlooking the garden or while reading a book.

A four-poster king sized bed with white sheers attached to each poster and a brown silk bedspread with gold trimmings along the bottom and an elephant at the centre of the bedspread, adds ambience to the room. A low-lying divan rests on the wooden parapet floor with cushions to lounge on. Beautiful stone sculptures grace the walls of the bedroom and bathroom.

Bedroom two is located behind the spa treatment room and is a surprise awaiting you. With its own rectangular pool and bale it presents as another property, while still being attached to Apsara Villa. The turquoise blue of the water is reflected in the cushioned seating within the bale opposite the pool. The bedroom is the same colour and design as the first bedroom with king sized bed. A doorway leads to the outdoor shower, and undercover terrazzo bath overlooks an indoor wooden divan that is covered in brown fabric with scatter cushions in brown. Bedroom three differs slightly in that it has a black settee resting against the bottom of the bed. Colours and style follow through from the other bedrooms. The outdoor shower and undercover terrazzo bath gaze out onto a lush garden. Centrally placed is a small coffee table in easy reach, for guests. This air-conditioned room is well designed and makes clever use of space opposite the sofa. Under the staircase is a TV console and cabinet for viewing your favourite show or DVD. The colour red is carried through in the lampshade beside the console and on the wall behind the lounge, a painting, a glass ornamental Christmas tree on a wooden carved stand, continue to use these hot colours showcasing the tropical feel. Dark wood has been used throughout this room and contrasts beautifully with bright colours and artwork.

A small, white painted wall divides the kitchen, dining and living area. Behind the wall is seating and a dining table to partake delicious Indonesian meals. The colour red, hot pink and multi coloured gold thread theme is carried through in the cushion, bed runner and lampshades. Two bedside tables, one on either side of the bed has lighting to read by. Opposite the bed is a TV cabinet with TV on top and decorative ornaments grace each side of the unit. A bar fridge is located inside the cabinet for you to enjoy cold drinks. A well-proportioned wardrobe with ample hanging space is located in the room and it has a safety deposit box within. The en-suite bathroom in gold tones is located to the left side of the bed. Villa Cocogroove, completed in 2004 and with a total built-up area of 550 square meters, was conceived as a series of bales (the Balinese version of a gazebo) linked by a covered walkway and orientated to take advantage of the prevailing winds, using large cantilevered overhangs and plated pergolas for shade and protection from rain. By adapting the arrangement of a traditional Bali home, the architect was able to satisfy the client’s wish to keep the guest quarters separate, and these were located in a line extending from the corner housing the kitchen, service quarters and garage. The living shelter followed by the master room extends from this corner at a right angle, while the house temple was placed facing the sacred mountain Gunung Agung in the opposite corner of the compound.

One entire wall of the compound is lined by plantings of small trees. The water connects the living area at firth with the bathrooms that adjoin the master and second bedrooms. The focus of the house is the living shelter, roofed but opens on three sides. In the centre of this is the sunken seating area, into which steps lead down from two opposite corner. Early morning sunlight streams into the living shelter (overleaf), with its dining table at left. The area faces out on to the lawn, swimming pool and a small bale in traditional style, thatched with alang-alang grass.

Living and dining areas are open style overlooking the swimming pool and the garden, allowing you to enjoy the soothing breeze against the tropical heat. Ensuring maximum air circulation, the back side of the living and dining areas also have garden with tropical shrubs and water ponds. Accommodation at Villa Quefas
Villa Quefas housed all of its accommodation facilities in a single house. The main two-floors building houses two en-suited bedrooms downstairs with spacious terrace and an extra-large en-suited master bedroom upstairs with a dedicated study room convertible into the 4th bedroom. The wing adjacent to the two-floors main building has open living and dining areas surrounded by lush tropical garden, expansive lawn, and large kidney-shaped swimming pool made of natural stone.

Living and Dining Areas
Entering the inner gate from private parking area, an artificial bridge across lotus pond leads to an open corridor serving also as terrace of the downstairs bedrooms. On the right-hand side of the corridor are two en-suited bedrooms. Between the two bedrooms is a compact yet sufficiently-equipped kitchen. A stairway to the master bedroom upstairs is located right after crossing the lotus pond.

To the left hand side of the corridor, the opposite side of the two bedrooms is an open living and dining areas. Overlooking ample lawn across the swimming pool, the living and dining areas is also surrounded by tropical garden on its two other sides, ensuring the breeze to freely circulate throughout. The living area has couches and equipped with TV offering international channels as well as a DVD player. The dining area offers a dining table seating 8.

Bedrooms
The first guest bedroom downstairs offers a canopied double bed and a sofa. When its large doors are open, the garden and the swimming pool can be enjoyed from both the sofa and the bed. Large windows on another side overlook the lotus pond just behind the inner entrance gate.

The second guest bedroom, also downstairs, is slightly smaller and simpler. Doors and windows are facing terrace overlooking the garden behind the living and dining areas. Whilst it furnished simpler than the other guest bedroom – double bed without canopy and without sofa – it is also air-conditioned en suited.

The master bedroom is located upstairs. Its extra large space as well as wooden floor and ceiling make the room cozy and warm. It has four-posters bed, a sofa, a working desk, and still a lot of extra spaces. It also has a separated study room which can be converted into an additional bedroom to accommodate more.

All the three bedrooms have classic terazzo en-suite bathroom each with large bathtub, wash basin, and running hot and cold water. A modern comfort in classic style.

Despite of its affordable price, Villa Quefas offers everything you will expect from a luxury villa accommodation. Villa Quefas includes all basic villa accommodation services into its price to ensure that the guests do not have to pay things they do not need. Being close to a long array of tourism facilities such as spas, restaurants, etc. most guests prefer to arrange extra services themselves. However, extra services can be arranged at the villa at reasonable additional charge.

Villa Staffing
Cleaning and maid service are available, however the staff is not dedicated to Villa Quefas only. Security guards, maids, and gardeners are shared with an adjacent Villa Beatrice. During your stay you will have the maids cleaning the villa every day. When cleaning is done for the day, they will be available during normal working hours at a staff area adjacent to the parking. After hours and at night, house keeping staffs will go home. Security guard is available at night.
